United States returns and refunds

The following policy applies to orders delivered to the United States.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns and sale items. Products may be unopened or opened and reasonably tried (slightly used). Please keep the remaining product and its original packaging, and provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email info@oxyenergy.us with your order number and the items you wish to return. You may also sign in to your customer account to request a return. If the request option is unavailable, email us within the 30-day window so we can help.

After confirming your return, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to download and print, together with the return address and packing instructions. Please contact us before mailing your return and use the address in those instructions.

Return costs

Return shipping is free for eligible U.S. returns, including non-defective products. We provide the prepaid label at no cost. We charge no restocking fee. If your return brings the remaining order value below a free-shipping threshold, we will not deduct or charge shipping retroactively.

Original outbound shipping charges are generally not refundable, except when the return is due to our error, a damaged or defective product, or an incorrect item.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact info@oxyenergy.us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please email info@oxyenergy.us if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue so we can help arrange a refund or replacement. We cover return shipping for these issues.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests. Contact us to arrange the return and replacement. You can also return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate order for the replacement you prefer.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law. This exception does not exclude sale products from our U.S. return policy.

Orders delivered outside the United States

For orders delivered outside the United States, contact info@oxyenergy.us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with any tags and original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. If your account does not show a return option, email us within the 30-day window so we can help.

For non-defective returns outside the United States, you are responsible for arranging return shipping and its cost. If we sent a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us before returning anything; we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

International sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, except where required by law. Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases are also excluded from standard international returns. Contact us if you have a question about a particular item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with any tags and in its original packaging. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
